The official photographs of the Hon'ble Minister, members of his office, and other persons depicted in the Service are subject to publicity, personality, and likeness rights, the violation of which will be acted upon under the applicable laws of India.

4. Permitted Internal Use

Authorised users of the Service — being personnel of the Office and credentialed officials of the Valpoi Constituency — may access and use the Service strictly for the internal administrative purpose for which their credentials were issued. No authorised access creates any right of ownership, transfer, sub-licence, redistribution, or use outside the scope of official duty. All such internal use remains subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Service.

5. Government-of-Goa and Statutory Records

Where the Service surfaces records, communications, or documents pertaining to the official business of the Government of Goa, such records continue to be governed by the laws applicable to public records, the Right to Information Act, 2005, and any other relevant statute.
